RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At LOSTSTATE, every piece is made with attention to detail and produced in limited quantities. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Size issues
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact us at support@loststate.co with:
- Your order number
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims)
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
Products failing these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
Size Exchanges
Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
As our products are made-to-order oversized streetwear pieces, size exchanges are accepted only subject to stock availability.
Reverse shipping and re-shipping charges for size exchanges may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- a damaged item
- misprinted item
- wrong product
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@loststate.co with:
- unboxing video
- product images
- packaging images
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Claims raised without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered successfully.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- the product is lost in transit
- the order cannot be fulfilled
- a replacement is unavailable for an approved issue
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Minor color variations
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Used or washed products
- Orders without original packaging
- Requests raised after the allowed timeline
Please note:
A standard measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is considered acceptable for apparel products.
COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to additional verification before dispatch.
LOSTSTATE reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable COD orders.
Shipping Delays
While we work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays due to logistics, weather, or operational reasons may occur.
